Hi 👋🏾

I have ADHD 🤪, which means sometimes I tend to hyperfixate on the most random hobbies. 🎨

🥲 I know a lot of people can probably relate.

Last Thursday, I was scrolling through Facebook Marketplace when I came across a listing for a fully established Neo shrimp tank. I immediately jumped on it!

As someone who’s started aquariums from scratch before, I know the struggle of waiting for a tank to cycle, constantly testing water, and making endless trips to the pet store because something didn’t go as planned. So this was right up my alley.

Why I couldn’t pass it up:
✨ A fully established tank… FOR FREE! That’s an incredibly rare find.
🦐 Blue Dream shrimp are one of the most popular shrimp in the hobby.
🌿 The aquarium is heavily planted and absolutely beautiful.
🌎 It’s a balanced, self-sustaining ecosystem that’s already thriving.

Of course, I couldn’t leave it alone, so I added a few new residents:
• Albino Corydoras
• White Cloud Mountain Minnows
• Blue Wagtail Platys

Here’s to my newest hyper-fixation… 😂🐠🦐🌿
