Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) is a department of the City of Dallas, a non-profit utility providing water, wastewater, stormwater management and flood control services. In order to better serve its residents, the City of Dallas utilizes user engagement tools and websites, including social media channels, to provide residents with information in more places and more ways than were traditionally avai

The Dallas Water Utilities administrative and customer service offices are closed Friday, June 19 for the Juneteenth holiday. For emergency water service requests, customers should call 3-1-1. Non-emergency requests can be submitted at dallas.gov or on the Dallas 311 mobile app available for download on iOS and Android devices.

White Rock Trail Construction Notice: Starting the week of June 15, 2026, construction crews will mobilize and begin construction activities to grout approximately 2,800 feet of an abandoned 36-inch diameter wastewater main adjacent to Garland Road and White Rock Trail between E. Lawther Drive and San Rafael Drive. Construction is expected to be completed in September 2026.

For more information on traffic and trail closures, including detour maps, visit https://www.dallascitynews.net/constructionnotice060926. The public is advised to follow all construction signage. Do not move or pass the construction barricades.

Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) is extending its customer service hours at 214-651-1441 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., June 11 & 12, and June 15 – 18, 2026, to assist customers with registering on the DallasGo online payment platform and other questions related to their water account.

Customers also have the option of emailing [email protected] with their name, service address and phone number to request assistance with DallasGo. For more information on DallasGo, visit dallas.gov/DallasGo.
