Toro Toro is a modern-contemporary steakhouse with Pan-Latin flavors by internationally acclaimed , whose concepts take the culinary world by storm all around the globe.

We enjoyed attending a special three-course dinner hosted by Chef Richard Sandoval in collaboration with new Executive Chef Jonathan Esparza. The dinner also featured a pairing that elevated the bold flavors from this special guided culinary tour through Latin America.
_
During the event, Clase Azul walked us through the art of sipping Tequila, the process of how Clase Azul tequila is made, and the incredible artisans that handcraft every bottle.

Features of the night:
We were welcomed with a delicious La Pinta Royale cocktail to start the night.
We proceeded to pair our first course with Clase Azul Plata. This course featured Fresh Oysters, Wagyu Beef Tiradito, and a Shrimp Taco with a jicama tortilla as starters.
For the main course, we had the choice to select between a Grilled Sakura Pork Loin or a Lomo Saltado. This course was paired with Clase Azul Reposado.
We ended our night with a delicious Creamy Yellow Corn Cake paired with Clase Azul Anejo Tequila.

And of course, a delicious Brunch, Lunch and Dinner menu with authentic Mexican food such as Menudo, Posole, Huaraches, Sopes, Chile Relleno, and a mind blowing GIANT TROMPO TACO TOWER!! 🌮🌮

I had the pleasure to attend during a Women’s History Month event hosted by . It was such a fun event, we celebrated Women Empowerment and got to hear the story on how Taqueria Taxco and The Reserve came about from the mastermind and owner, Monica Reza. 🥃💁🏻‍♀️

During the event we had a few of their appetizers which I highly suggest you to get:
Try: The Esquite, Tamales, Shrimp Cocktail, & Empanadas.🫔
We also tasted a few cocktails made with 3 Generations Tequila: La Flace, St. Patricks Rita and Spicy Pineapple that I can’t wait to try at home. I added an ingredient list on one of the photos.

We had a great time at their St. Patricks event last weekend and enjoyed all their amazing amenities the park offers. Its perfect to bring the whole family and even your fur babies like I did. The its such a great addition to Trinity Groves and its the perfect getaway for a fun evening. 🐕‍🦺

The art park features, lots of amazing local art, graffiti murals, outside bars, music, games and a full array of restaurants to choose from such as , , , , , and many more!

We had such an amazing experience at the Plano location, which is absolutely breathtaking. If you’ve never been to an Abuelos location before Abuelos is designed as an open-air Mexican courtyard with a mix of both modern and traditional Mexican decor.🥘⛲️
