a couple nights ago at dinner with my brother and his fam, my 2 and a half year old nephew went around the table and asked everyone, "what made you happy today?" 🥹
this was obvi a question that his parents had asked him at the dinner table - but none the less it was the cutest damn thing in the world.
i've started asking my husband this every night at dinner and it's been a really good reminder to stop, slow down, and reflect on all the good things in our lives -- of which there are plenty. i think it's super easy to get busy and stop taking note of all the little wins.
so i wanted to throw this question out there and if anyone wants to celebrate a little win - tell us what made you happy today - we'd love to know. 🤍
