IntelliKid Systems shared some great data on this recently - seven years across their network, and it's the same pattern every year. August is when families start looking but September is when they actually enroll. It's the same families, there's just a lag between the two steps.

The mistake most centers make is treating that gap like a warning sign and scrambling for more leads, when the better move is doubling down on what turns August inquiries into September enrollments.

The fix isn't increasing your lead volume. It's making August's leads count.
