Turns out, running a business with your spouse doesn't have to end in disaster.

Just had a great chat with Greg and Gayle Lynch from It's A Good Sign, a married couple who started a sign company from scratch two years ago. After 25 years of marriage, running a business together could go one of two ways. Somehow, they made it work.

We talked about the reality of building something new later in life, why signs are more complicated than most people think, and how good old-fashioned referrals still work.
