We have been seeing a significant increase in these types for scams. The scam works like this - You receive an an official "demand", "notice", or "cease and desists" email. The email accuses website owners and content publishers of using copyright images inviting them to download proof. The proof includes a trojan and or malware. General rule - don't open email attachments or click on links from unsolicited emails.

Be on the lookout for fake copyright warnings that may arrive via a contact form web page -- they usually point to an apparent Google site that can trick you into installing ransomware.
