We want to be transparent from the beginning:
Most positions will initially be volunteer-based.
As an independent production company in its early stages, we’re investing in building a strong team, creating quality projects, and laying the foundation for long-term success. While we aren’t yet able to offer consistent compensation for every position, our goal is to change that as quickly as possible.
Some projects or positions may have paid opportunities available. If compensation is offered, it will always be discussed upfront and agreed to in writing before work begins.
