Perfect 4th of July cocktail! Thirsty Vaquero

Got inspired after finding my secret ingredient at HEB.

The drink is Thirsty Vaquero and this is their Sandia Salvaje flavor.

It's a sparkling water with watermelon flavors and jalapeno spice. Tastes great with the rest of the ingredients.

Most of the work is prepping the watermelon but it's easy to make. Really fun drink and perfect if you're hosting a couple people or just relaxing by the pool.

You can substitute mezcal for tequila or even vodka.

If enough people comment I'll write out the steps and exact recipe and pin to the comments!
