Here's how that actually happens 👇
1. He flooded the tracking week. Iceman, Habibti and Maid of Honour dropped the same day. Not three rollouts.. one. All three landed at No. 1, 2 and 3 on the Billboard 200 in the same frame, and 42 of his songs hit the Hot 100 that week. Forty of those were debuts.
2. The chart rewards volume, not just hits. These charts blend streaming, radio and sales. Every track on every album accrues at once. Release three albums separately and each one competes for attention across three different quarters. Release them together and they stack into a single week of data.
3. He blocked himself. "Shabang" climbed all the way to No. 2 and couldn't get past "Janice S**U." Two songs from the same artist holding the top two.. that's not luck, that's supply.
4. The last piece is patience. Some of those 12 aren't new. "WNBA" and "Burning Bridges" re-entered when Future's album started sliding. Deep catalog backfills the chart when a competitor decays.
The real lesson isn't "drop three albums." You can't do this without a catalog and an audience already built. For everyone else the move is the opposite.. one record, all the weight behind it. Volume is a strategy you earn access to.
