You don’t need more talent. You need more trash.
Most people stare at a blank Canva page for 3 hours.
They want the "perfect" font.
The "perfect" hex code.
The "perfect" layout.
They ship 1 creative a week.
Meanwhile, the guy winning is shipping 50 "ugly" creatives a day.
He’s not smarter than you.
He’s not more talented than you.
He just fails faster than you.
I learned this the hard way.
I used to obsess over branding. I wanted it to look "premium."
My ads looked like art.
And they converted like garbage.
Then I made an ad in MS Paint.
Black text. White background. Stick figure.
It took me 4 minutes.
It outperformed the "pretty" ad by 10x.
The lesson:
The market doesn't care about your aesthetics.
They care about their problem.
And whether you can solve it.
If you’re stuck on "creative block," it’s because your standard is too high for your volume.
Lower your standard. Increase your output.
Make bad content.
Make a lot of it.
Let the data tell you what’s "good."
Volume negates luck.
I broke down the exact 4-step framework we used to test 500+ creatives last month (and found the 3 winners). I put it in a Google Doc. No opt-in. Just raw value. Link in the comments
