Now, if you're ever watching a video Androvett has produced, odds are it's her behind the camera. And whether it's video, social media, or a podcast, Alyssa knows just the right questions to ask and threads to pull to get the most compelling stories. In many ways, Brandi Sutton is the beating heart of Androvett. As Office Operations Manager, she has an incredible eye for detail and works with each member of the team to make sure everyone has what they need so that the office runs smoothly, and everyone can do their job. I know more than one person who would tell you that Brandi's asked if there was something they needed before they were able to ask for it themselves. There are those who say an office wouldn't fall apart without someone like Brandi, but once you see how quickly and efficiently she takes care of business, you really have to wonder.

As Women's History Month continues, we're excited to spotlight our Digital Project Manager, Ashley Smith! Whether it's SEO, PPC, a paid campaign or developing a website, Ashley's an expert at digging into the data and using it to tell a client's story. Rhonda loves learning more about our clients' stories - their victories and the challenges they've overcome - and connecting them with those who can spread the word. As a former newspaper reporter and editor, seeing her name in print was always a thrill. Now, getting her clients' names out there and the role she plays in that is every bit as exciting.
