This might be our favorite of the classic 90s flavors 😏 We present: After School Special

Remember the good ol' days of catching the bus home from school? You just made a sick cootie catcher and found out you'd marry your crush. Your best friend made you a gimp lanyard with your favorite colors for your backpack zipper. You'd be home alone for the next 3 to 4 hours where you had free range of the house.

But, you were hungry. Mom said no ovens or stoves when home alone...so what were you to eat? A classic PB&J of course 👌 The After School Special will transport you back to the days of Hey Arnold, Family Ties, and maybe a little Maury while relaxing on the couch after a long day of worksheets and recess.

We recently had the honor of working on a piece of history in our home town. Our local troop for the Connecticut state police needed their signs restored. From our research we think these signs dated back to around 1950! The road sign was in desperate need of paint but the aluminum shell was in fantastic shape only needing a few minor repairs. The neon was also in working condition, only needing a little bit of work. The pole needed to be replaced along with a proper footing, although we were able to salvage the top half of the decorative sign mount. We were not so lucky with the building sign. Birds made the sign their home which happened to start a fire a one point. So we had to make an exact replica which was a lot of fun. We at Gagnon sign are big supporters of all emergency personnel, and are very proud to have been included on this project!

Well, it’s been way too long since we’ve posted anything because we’ve just been so busy but finally we have two minutes so here goes…. We would like to thank Sherif and Tony from for choosing to work with us on this project! It was an absolute pleasure, and we are very happy with how it came out.

With the help of Corey from we were able to install this new sign for Owen Bell Park in killingly. Getting these massive posts into place was no easy task but Corey got it done and boy are we happy with the finished product!
