"Hello Patrick,

I used to tell my clients back in my mortgage days, Banks are all the same except when it comes to servicing. When something happens due to human error or unexpected tech issues, that's when the real players come onto the field. It's all about how they take care of the customer when there is an error.

I will say it again "YOU ROCK" "

Which is the better choice for you, aged leads, or fresh leads? Shared leads or Exclusive leads?
For many types of leads, Roofing leads, window leads, siding leads, gutter leads, kitchen leads, bathroom leads, flooring leads, insurance leads, and more, there are both fresh and aged leads, exclusive and shared leads available and they all cost different amounts of money and have different close rates. How do you decide what type or types to buy for your business?
Here is an overview of the types of leads and when each type can be better or not as good for your business.
Fresh Sales Leads: The Benefit of Timeliness
Fresh sales leads are individuals or entities that have recently shown interest in a product or service. Their primary attribute is their freshness, which often correlates with a higher level of engagement and interest in making a purchase. The advantage of engaging with fresh leads is the increased likelihood of conversion, as the prospect's interest level is typically at its peak.
Advantages:
• Higher Conversion Rates: Due to their recent interest, fresh leads are more likely to convert into paying customers.
• Competitive Edge: Promptly contacting fresh leads can give businesses a competitive advantage, especially in industries where the first contact advantage is important and a one call close is desired.
Considerations:
• Cost: Fresh leads come at a higher cost.
• Resource Intensity: Successfully converting fresh leads requires a well-oiled sales process and the ability to act quickly and efficiently.
Aged Sales Leads: Uncovering Hidden Gems
Aged sales leads are those that have not been acted upon immediately and have been in the database for a longer period. These leads represent a pool of potential that may not have been fully explored. While they might not possess the immediacy of fresh leads, aged leads can be a valuable asset for businesses looking to expand their outreach without the high costs associated with fresh leads.
Advantages:
• Cost-Effectiveness: Aged leads are much less expensive than fresh leads, providing a cost-effective method for businesses to scale their sales efforts.
• Reduced Competition: With the lapse in time, aged leads are often less bombarded by competing offers, which can increase the chances of your message standing out.
• Volume: The ability to purchase aged leads in larger volumes can be advantageous for businesses looking to conduct broad-scale marketing campaigns or for testing new sales strategies.
Considerations:
• Lower Conversion Rates: The passage of time can diminish the likelihood of conversion, as the lead's initial interest may have waned or they may have already made the purchase.
• Data Quality: Over time, the quality of lead information can degrade, leading to higher instances of inaccurate or outdated contact details.
• It’s best when a dedicated effort can be made to contact them: A designated employee responsible for the contacts is best when using aged leads.
When to Consider Each Type
Fresh Leads:
• When your service is priced at the higher range.
• In highly competitive industries where being the first to reach a potential customer can significantly impact conversion rates.
• For businesses with a refined sales process capable of quickly and effectively engaging new leads.
Aged Leads:
• When looking to expand market reach or enter new segments without a significant increase in marketing costs.
• For businesses testing new sales pitches or strategies, where volume may be more beneficial than immediate conversion.
• In situations where the sales cycle is typically longer, allowing time to nurture and develop leads into customers.
• When the service is competitively priced or has other distinct advantages.
Both fresh and aged sales leads offer distinct advantages. The choice between the two should be based on your business's strategic goals, sales capabilities, and the market situation.

Exclusive Sales Leads: The Luxury of Sole Attention
Exclusive sales leads are the crème de la crème of lead generation. When a lead is exclusive, it means that it is sold to only one buyer - your business. This exclusivity offers a clear path to the potential customer, devoid of competition from other businesses offering similar services or products.
Advantages:
• Higher Conversion Rates: With no competition vying for the lead's attention, businesses can tailor their approach, build a relationship, and significantly increase the likelihood of conversion.
• Quality Engagement: Exclusive leads allow for more meaningful interactions. Businesses can invest time in understanding the specific needs and preferences of the lead, fostering a deeper connection.
• Brand Loyalty: The exclusive interaction space provides an excellent opportunity to establish your brand's value and foster loyalty even before the sale is made.
Considerations:
• Cost: The biggest drawback of exclusive leads is their cost. Due to the full marketing cost being covered by a single company, these leads come at a premium.
• Volume: The availability of exclusive leads can be limited, making it challenging for businesses looking to scale quickly.
• Followup Process: These leads are the most expensive and should be treated as such.

Shared Sales Leads: The Game of Numbers
Shared sales leads are distributed to multiple buyers, often within the same industry. This model creates a competitive environment where speed and efficiency in response are critical. Shared leads are often thought of as a horse race, first person to get them on the phone wins.
Advantages:
• Cost-Effectiveness: Shared leads are less expensive than exclusive leads because the production cost is shared by multiple companies, making them an attractive option for businesses with tighter budgets or those looking to maximize their lead volume.
• Volume: The ability to acquire a larger number of leads can be beneficial for testing sales strategies, messaging, and processes.
• Market Insight: Competing against others for the same leads can provide valuable insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and the effectiveness of your sales tactics.
Considerations:
• Increased Competition: The presence of other businesses vying for the prospect's business can significantly reduce conversion rates.
• Speed is Critical: Success with shared leads often depends on how quickly and effectively you can engage them before your competitors do.
• Quality Control: Shared leads often come from multiple sources so the quality of shared leads can vary, and businesses may spend time pursuing leads with lower conversion potential.
When to Consider Each Type
Exclusive Leads:
• For businesses that prioritize quality over quantity and are willing to invest more in the pursuit of higher conversion rates.
• When selling high-value products or services where the customer journey requires personalized attention and nurturing.
• In markets where the competition is fierce, and carving out a unique space is essential for success.
Shared Leads:
• For businesses with a strong, efficient sales process capable of quickly engaging leads.
• When looking to maximize outreach and test different sales strategies across a broader audience.
• For companies in the early stages of growth, where cost management is crucial, and the emphasis is on scaling volume.
Choosing between exclusive and shared sales leads ultimately depends on your business's specific goals, budget constraints, and sales capabilities. While exclusive leads offer a higher potential for conversion and customer loyalty, shared leads provide a cost-effective way to scale and refine your sales strategy and aged leads offer the highest Return on Investment. Understanding these nuances enables businesses to tailor their lead acquisition approach, ensuring alignment with their overall growth objectives and market positioning.

You have two ways to get Roofing leads that make you money.
There are two kinds of roofing leads, the exclusive roofing leads that are fresh and the leads that are aged. Here’s how you can get the ones that are best for you.
Fresh and Exclusive Roofing Leads.
These are leads that filled out a form online looking for a roofing quote, that are sent just to you, immediately after they filled out the form. These will have the highest close rate and are generally considered superior to the shared real time leads that you will typically get.
These leads will typically look like:
Client's FirstName: John

Client's LastName: Doe

Client's Email: [email protected]

Client's Phone Number: 888-888-8888

Client's Street Address: 3730 Morris St

Client's Zip Code: 75212

Client's City: DALLAS

Client's State: TEXAS

Lead Service: Roof

Owner of the Property? Yes
The project is starting: Immediately.
Type of project? Replace

These exclusive roofing leads will typically cost $80 each in batches of 50 which in some markets may be a bit more than shared fresh roofing leads, but they are still inexpensive enough that you should do well. With a typical closing rate of 20%, they have a good balance of cost and quality. Out of a batch of fifty exclusive roofing leads, closing ten sales is a reasonable expectation. These are great for roofers that don’t have a call center and are following up on the leads manually with a regular office phone or cell phone.

The second type of roofing leads is aged roofing leads. Aged roofing leads are leads that are 30-60 days old, sometimes they have been sold before and sometimes they haven’t. In case you are wondering why you would want a lead that was sold 30-60 days ago, well, you've met salespeople before, right? You buy them leads, they say they call them a hundred times but realistically they are probably getting called somewhere between one and three times. But you made enough money on the leads and the salespeople make enough sales that you don't fire them. Sound familiar?

The reality is that a lot of leads are wasted. Some leads never get called at all, some aren't called enough to actually reach someone, sometimes the prospect is too busy to talk at that moment, sometimes the salesperson never puts together a quote, and sometimes the salesman gets fired or quits before they make the sale. It all adds up to a lot of wasted opportunities.

We have had multiple clients that were trying to fix their sales processes and hired us to call their past leads to find out what went wrong, and to find out what the salespeople could have done better. Why didn't they buy from the client? The #1 reason was they were never contacted at all. The #2 reason was the salesperson called them once and they never heard from them again. The prospects were just sitting there waiting for someone to sell them. We see this same pattern over and over.
In addition, there will be aged leads that were never sold, for whatever reason. For example, a real time lead client might have a list of 300 zip codes that they want leads in, but the prospects are traveling at the time they fill put the form. They will be in the right zip code at the time they see the ad, but they don’t actually live in a good zip code for that client.

And leads aren't cheap, either. Just getting someone to click on your ad for roofing repairs can cost $20 to $40 and everyone who comes to your website isn't going to fill out a form, which is why roofing leads can cost $100 or more. You can use Facebook, but those are also expensive and sometimes the phone number and name are wrong because Facebook is auto filling the form with whatever phone and email address the person used 10 years ago when they first signed up.

Imagine if you could get all of those wasted leads for a tiny fraction of what they originally cost. What if you could get a steady flow of those leads for just $1-$2 each? For $2 you get an aged never sold roofing lead, for $1 you get an aged roofing lead that may have been sold multiple times.

You can get the leads in your market area that your competitors paid full price for, 30 days later, for just $1-$2 apiece. Depending on the size of your market area, the leads could be 30-60 days old. The bigger your area, the fresher that they can be.

The first step is to find out how many roofing leads are available in your market area. Then you can do a trial to see how you like them. If you like them, and decide you want to buy them every week then we will set aside your market area just for you.

The fields you get are:
• Full name
• full address
• phone number.
• email address.
• project type.
• date time stamp.
and more.

Give Away Final Expense Policies!

Two pieces of news, actually. I'll start with the bigger one.

There is a new program that lets a licensed life insurance agent arrange for a prospect to receive a Final Expense policy WITHOUT making any premium payments!

What's the biggest objection to buying a Final Expense policy?

Usually, it's that they can't afford it.

What if that wasn't an issue, because a non-profit would make the premium payments on their behalf? You get the commission for "making the sale" with zero risk of chargebacks. Agents are "selling" five of these in their first week, in addition to their other sales. Click below to learn more.

Charity Funded Final Expense Policies

The second item is kinda boring by comparison, but I just added an additional publisher that works by area codes and has a much higher volume of leads available. So if you have been wanting to target by area code or you have wanted to get more leads, now you can!

Final Expense leads

You get CMS Approved leads for Medicare supplement insurance generated through online marketing efforts. We are experts in providing leads that convert. Get started today!

58 of the 50 cent Final Expense leads were worked by an agent with the following results:

13 Applications (7 in u/w)
$ 2,925.97* Commissions paid (*93.56 x 2 payment = $187.12 as earned included in total)

That's $2,900 in commissions for a $29 investment.

At a time when you will be spending more than ever for leads from direct mail, and IMOs are charging $1.50 for a ten year old lead (Seriously, that's what agents are telling me) being able to get a real lead, 30-60 days old, with Jornaya tokens, scrubbed against the Black Listy Alliance professional litigators file as well as other filters, for just 50 cents is a bargain.

I talk to people all the time that are disappointed in their SEO company. Inevitably, the SEO company cold-called them or used paid ads to get them as a customer. If you want a good SEO company, consider using one that gets their clients through SEO. I get 95%+ of my clients from SEO and 5% or less from LinkedIn and Facebook. No paid ads, no cold calling.

Almost no one does the trifecta of technical onsite SEO, onsite content including ongoing onsite blogging, and backlinks including cleaning up any excessive spammy backlinks you may have gotten from someone else.

We will look at your competitors that are on the first page of Google, show you why they are on the first page, put together a plan to beat them, go over the plan with you and explain what we are doing before we take you on as a client.

You will see a continuous improvement in your website's domain authority as reported by independent third parties, an improvement in the number of keywords you rank for as well as the average rank for those keywords.

All that, for about what the guys that have to cold call for their customers would charge you, or less.

Call me at 618-589-3886. Your website will thank you.

“I have a couple other vendors I’ve ordered Facebook leads from before and they were decent. The majority of my lead source the past few years have been a few different telemarketing vendors from offshore call centers. They did the job but the quality wasn’t always consistent.

That being said, your Facebook leads are the best leads I’ve ever worked.”
