Day 1 Photos - PVC 17 Hype at AAU Nationals 2026. Memories of a lifetime. Friends forever. For some of these girls it is the last time they will play National Travel Volleyball. Starting in November and ending in late June. Cities Included Rock Hill SC, Sevierville TN, Atlanta GA, Orlando FL (Spring), Philadelphia PA, Louisville KY, Spartanburg SC, Columbus OH, and finishing at AAU Nationals in Orlando. The practices, the grind, the chance to be seen by College Coaches. Emotions up and down and spiritual mental, and physical challenges. Overcoming injuries and more all the while maintaining their High School Academics. I have watched these Teen ladies turn into grown ups. Now starts the next Chapter. Some will move on and play their final High School season before Graduating. Some will play their High School season then a short Travel season (similar to club) and then others will move on to play in College. No matter what. This class of Piedmont Volleyball Club girls will be together forever no matter how far they go.
Proud Parent of all these adopted girls and 1 daughter of my own. Thank you for being a part of my life and letting me be a part of yours. Being able to capture your plays on video, with the click of a camera, and even with a phone at times. I hope you remember how special you are and will become!
