At this point, we know how public images of our children are being used and now a federal judge has ruled that private ownership of AI generated CSA is not in violation of the law. If an influencer/creator is still making content of their children after this… they are selling their child. It’s time we take a step back and stop supporting it. If we unfollow them until they stop making child content they will stop. And let’s be real, it was always weird and gross to record private moments in your child’s home to post online. It was ALWAYS strange to set up ring lights during your infants night time wake ups. It’s never sat right with me that there are toddlers preforming and working to pay their parents bills and not being compensated or able to consent to it. Children aren’t content. Childrens stories are not content. Children’s trauma is not content. Foster children’s lives are not content. Adopted children are not content. The change has to start with us as viewers.

Federal appeals court says private possession of AI-generated child sexual-abuse images can be constitutionally protected when no “real” child is depicted.

This is what happens when technology gets ahead of the law. When we place advancement and progression as priority over protecting mankind.

We have monsters being given the all-clear to posses CP generated using the images of thousands of REAL children- and labeling it a victimless crime. The laws won’t be able to change fast enough to counter act the damage that is about to be done.

I said it before and I’m going to say it again.

Everyone’s a non conformist until you mention how people know more about the president’s policies than Jesus commandments. Or how people are putting their faith in a man to fix what only Jesus can. OR how, in the name of patriotism, we are ignoring how Jesus commanded us to love one another and pay what is Caesars to Caesar but to be NO PART OF THIS WORLD.
