Job Opening: Digital Marketing Sales Professional
We're hiring a sales professional who actually understands what they're selling.
That's not a dig at the industry. It's just rare. Most digital marketing salespeople can name the services. We need someone who can explain them, match the right one to the right client, and know when a prospect isn't ready to buy.
What you'll be selling:
Website design and development, SEO, email marketing, organic and paid social media, Google Ads, and reputation management. The full stack. You don't need to be the one building it, you need to understand it well enough to have an honest conversation about it.
What we're looking for:
Proven digital marketing sales experience. Not exposure to it but experience selling it.
A book of business, or a clear track record of building one from scratch.
Comfortable prospecting in person. Door-to-door, cold outreach, networking... you know how to find a room and work it.
Someone who listens before they pitch. Our best clients came from salespeople who asked the right questions first.
What you're walking into:
A fully in-house team based in Darien. No white-label vendors nobody can name. When a client asks who's doing the work, you'll have a real answer.
We've been at this since 2010. The clients who stay with us stay long-term. For a sales professional, that means renewals, referrals, and a commission structure that compounds.
One honest note: if you need to be told what a conversion rate is, this isn't the right role. If you already have opinions about why clients waste money on paid traffic before fixing their websites, we should talk.
