Customer told me they’re getting 3 quotes. Cool. That usually means multiple businesses are about to drive across town, spend an hour explaining everything, and compete on price. I stopped doing that. Now I send one link. They send the job details and photos. I send the quote. If it works, great. If not, I’m still running my business.
