We’re looking for a full-time Production Team Member to join our small but mighty team in Dawsonville, GA.
This is an in-person, permanent position with flexible hours, ideally around 9 AM–5 PM. Starting pay is $16/hour and up based on experience.
This role will help with:
• Running our DTF printer
• Pressing DTF transfers
• Running the laser engraver
• Sublimation printing and pressing
• Ordering supplies
• Machine maintenance
• Helping keep production moving smoothly and accurately
Experience in apparel production, DTF, sublimation, laser engraving, or similar work is a huge bonus, but we are willing to train the right person.
The right fit will be detail-oriented, reliable, a fast learner, comfortable working on their feet, able to follow order notes carefully, good at balancing time-sensitive jobs, and happy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.
