1. What type of content will attract new clients?

Your goal should be to generate clients from your social media accounts. You must create the right content that will drive traffic from social media to your website or other platforms where you can turn those leads into clients.

2. How can we provide value to our target market?

One way real estate businesses can generate clients from social media is by providing value.

Ask yourself:
- What content does a potential client want to see?
- How can we educate and inform them?
- What questions might they have that we can answer?

When you provide value to your audience, they’re more likely to trust you.

3. How can we establish credibility and authority?

By establishing your credibility and authority as real estate experts, you’ll give people confidence in your ability to serve them.

3 Key Metrics To Help You Select The Right Influencer For Your Brand

1. Number of followers

Depending on whether you’re working with a micro or macro influencer, what you offer or pay will vary. Generally, influencers with a larger following (50-100K +) will want to be paid.

2. Level of engagement

Check to see what their engagement rate is. Compare likes and comments to their overall follower count. While Instagram doesn’t always show your content to most of your following, you still want to make sure they have an engaged community. Look for a minimum 3% engagement rate. Ideally it should be closer to 10%.

3. Growth of influencer

You want to make sure the influencer is growing their following and community. Use social analytics to track their account and make sure they have good growth. If you see they’re slowly losing followers, you may want to find someone else.
