Foreigner to Share the Stage with Walla Walla High School Choir

WALLA WALLA–Rock legends Foreigner is joined by Walla Walla High School Choir on stage for a rendition of their classic ballad “I Want to Know What Love Is” at the Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
This collaboration is part of Foreigner’s long-standing partnership with the Grammy Foundation, a joint effort to spotlight the importance of music and the arts in public schools. The initiative supports programs that keep music education thriving and accessible for students across North America.
“Music is the most powerful form of communication across cultures, and it opens the door to creativity and expression in ways nothing else can,” said Mick Jones, Foreigner’s guitarist and founding member. “Our mission is to make sure young people have the opportunity to experience that, and working with choirs like this one is an incredible way to do it.”
To further support the choir, Foreigner will present the Walla Walla High School music program with a $500 donation.
In addition to their work with the Grammy Foundation, Foreigner has supported numerous charitable causes over the years, including the Red Cross, Shriner's Children’s Hospitals, and VH1 Save the Music, collectively raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for these organizations.
