Some phone calls feel ordinary.
Others arrive carrying a little gasoline, freedom, and the promise of a story waiting to be told.

When LaTrec called us from Georgia to let us know she’d be rolling into town for her birthday, she had one request: capture some cool biker images that felt as bold and unforgettable as the journey she’s been riding through life.

We answered the only way that made sense:
“Say less.”

What followed wasn’t just a portrait session. It became an atmosphere. Chrome catching light like poetry. Leather and confidence moving in rhythm. The kind of energy that reminds us photography is less about taking pictures and more about preserving a feeling before it disappears into the wind.

And this… this is what we were able to create with her.

Happy Birthday, LaTrec. Thank you for trusting us to tell a piece of your story.

There’s something special about bringing a vision into the studio and watching it come to life.

Recently, we had the opportunity to work with Paul Threatt of Chiumento Law Firm, and sessions like this remind us why we love what we do. In the studio, we’re able to slow things down and really focus. We control the lighting, shape it, adjust it, until it highlights exactly what needs to be seen. That control allows us to create portraits that don’t just look good, but feel intentional.

As we moved through each setup, we paid attention to the details. A slight turn of the shoulders. A subtle shift in expression. Straightening a jacket. Adjusting the light by just a touch. It’s those small things that come together to make a powerful image, one that speaks clearly before a single word is ever read.

At Kenneth Grant Inzpirations, we believe your portrait should support your message, not distract from it. It should reflect your confidence, your professionalism, and who you are when you show up for others.

This session was a great reminder that when everything aligns—the environment, the lighting, and the intention behind each shot, you don’t just capture an image… you capture presence.

There’s something special about watching someone step into their story with confidence, and that’s exactly what we experienced with Theresa Peterson during her Branding and Lifestyle Portrait Session.

From the very beginning, this wasn’t just about taking pictures. It was about creating space for Theresa to show up as herself—natural, confident, and fully aligned with the life and brand she’s building. By the end of the session, she walked away with a collection of images that didn’t just look good… they felt like her.

We always remind our clients that these images don’t just capture how you look, they capture who you are and the lifestyle you embody. And when that happens, something shifts. You’re no longer just posting portraits… you’re connecting. You’re inviting people into your world in a real and meaningful way.

Moments like this are a reminder that professional branding and lifestyle photography aren’t about perfection; it’s about trust. It helps your audience see you, understand you, and relate to you. It makes your message more engaging and brings a level of authenticity that people can feel. And over time, that consistency in quality and style becomes part of how people recognize and remember your brand.

With Theresa, it all came together in such a natural way. No pressure, no overthinking, just a series of moments that now tell her story, one image at a time.

And honestly, that’s what it’s all about.

One of the things we really enjoy about working out of KGI Studios is the space we’ve created to tell different kinds of professional stories through portraits.

At Kenneth Grant Inzpirations, half of the studio is set up for traditional business portraits. There’s something powerful about a clean studio setting. It allows the focus to stay exactly where it should, on you. Your confidence, your energy, and the presence that makes people remember you.

The other half of the studio is designed a little differently. It places you in a professional environment that feels more like a real workspace. Those environmental portraits add a layer of authenticity that helps people connect with your brand and see the professionalism, quality, and personal style you bring to what you do.

We’ve found that having both spaces under one roof gives people the freedom to choose how they want their story told, or sometimes a little of both. And honestly, that’s one of our favorite parts of the process. Helping people show up in a way that truly represents who they are and the brand they’ve worked hard to build.

Some people call it work. For me, it feels more like answering a calling.

This photo was taken while I was on assignment today in Tampa, standing in front of my setup and doing something I truly love. Photography has been part of my life for 12 years now, and every time I pick up my camera, it feels like I’m feeding the creative gene that lives in my DNA. Helping people look their best and feel confident in front of the lens is a reward all by itself.

Traveling for photography has been one of the unexpected blessings of this journey. I enjoy the road, the new places, and yes… those quiet hotel moments when the day slows down and room service arrives at the door.

Photography has taught me a lot about life. Stay focused. Be patient with the process. Always look for the light.

When you do what you love, every opportunity becomes another chance to grow.

In honor of National Siblings Day, we’re throwing it back to a special session with the Speller family. Each sibling, along with mom, had a reason to celebrate, a graduation milestone that made the moment even more meaningful.

They came together for portraits to capture this rare season in their lives. With a strong, loving momma bear cheering them on every step of the way, there’s no doubt these siblings are headed for great things.

Time to re-up on the photography branding material? Look no further. When it's time to refresh the images that represent you in today's digital world, you can count on professional-quality portraits when you book your portrait session with us. Keeping your imagery up-to-date is paramount when your focus is on remaining relevant, top-tier, and authentic. Dr. Kideste Yusef stopped by the new studio to have her material upgraded. She is so polished and cute at the same time!

Erika arrived before the world fully woke up, just as the first light stretched across Ormond Beach's Loop and Trail. The air was calm, the road quiet, perfect for a moment that felt entirely her own.

Her red Corvette didn’t just sit in the scene; it commanded it. Bold, confident, and impossible to ignore. And somehow, she matched it step for step.

Dressed in effortless southern charm, she moved through the morning with ease, even in heels on uneven ground, never missing a beat.

By the time the sun rose, it was clear: this wasn’t just a photoshoot. It was a statement.

Confidence looks good on her.

Ten years ago, we started a dream.

It’s said that about 85% of photography businesses don’t make it past their first two years, so reaching this 10-year milestone means more to us than words can fully express.

Kenneth Grant Inzpirations began from a creative and entrepreneurial dream that LaToya and I shared together. In the beginning, in 2016, we were building the business while still working our 9-to-5 jobs. In 2018, we took the big leap and stepped out on faith to become full-time business owners.

We named the business after our two greatest inspirations, our sons, Kenneth (12) and Grant (16).

Our first studio was at the Sunshine Mall in South Daytona. That space helped us discover the direction we truly wanted to take with our services. It was also there that we launched a photography exhibition that would later grow into what many now know as Cultuvue.

In 2021, we moved Kenneth Grant Inzpirations to the Shoppes of One Daytona, where our work began reaching even more people. Through the KGI Experience, our skills, and our commitment to professionalism, we were honored to become a trusted brand for organizations and individuals seeking portraits.

Today, we operate from the Palmetto Professional Center, where we’re proud to offer premium services including professional headshots, branding and lifestyle portraits, and creative portraiture.

The road hasn’t always been smooth. There were bumps along the way and plenty of lessons learned through trial and error. But every step has been worth it.

To every client who trusted us with your photography and graphic design needs, thank you.
To the talented makeup artists and wardrobe consultants we’ve had the pleasure of working with, thank you for being part of the journey.

Ten years later, we’re still grateful, still growing, and still inspired.

And we look forward to serving you for another 10 years and beyond.

Capturing birthday sessions is a complete treat for not only the client, but for us as well. Tafadzwa "Taffy" Maunganidze contacted us to set up a session to celebrate her 21st birthday. We were unaware that she was ready to blow our socks off with her natural ability to take to the camera. She let her inner model come out. Happy birthday, Taffy!! We can't wait to show off more images from her collection.
