All of us at Logos and Promos are incredibly proud to have been a part of the successful fundraising event for Krista LaPierre.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Krista, her family, and all those in our community who are bravely battling cancer. Together, we stand strong in support, hope, and love.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and made this event a success—it’s amazing to see our community come together for such an important cause.

West De Pere DECA is proud to be putting on the event Battle of the Bridge: De Pere for LaPierre in support of one of our own, Krista LaPierre. Krista was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer and we want to show her the amount of support she has from the City of De Pere.

At the West De Pere vs. De Pere football game there will be 50/50 raffle, raffle baskets, and a miracle minute all to support Krista and her family. There will also be some special guests from the Green Bay Packers in attendance at the game!

If you would like to get into the custom apparel business, this position is for you.

This is the perfect job for a someone who loves a variety of different projects. The primary focus of the position is embroidery but also includes other forms of apparel decoration such as heat applied graphics, garment printing and laser engraving. Commercial embroidery experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Must have excellent computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as interact with customers in a professional manner. In a small business we all wear many hats. This position is part time to full time depending on work volume.

This position requires the ability to quickly absorb and maintain product knowledge and attention to detail. Position requires up to 8 hours standing and moderate lifting.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and interpret work orders, project specifications and clients’ needs before starting each embroidery project.

2. Provide suggestions regarding the design, placement, and fabric and thread selection.

3. Select the thread, fabric, hoops, backings and designs appropriate to each project.

4. Set up the machine, send designs from computer to embroidery machine and supervise the embroidery process to ensure high-quality embroidery.

5. Accurately check in shipments and separate products by design, style, size, and color before being decorated.

6. Neatly fold, bag, and fulfill individual orders for company employees.

7. Perform regular machine maintenance inspections. Report any product defects or discrepancies.

8. Keep track of work orders and update design and job records.

9. Communicate with clients and ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner.

Experience & Education Requirements:

1. High school diploma.

2. Experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator or similar preferred; but will train the right person.

3. Accuracy, strong attention to detail and an excellent work ethic is required.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines

5. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

6. Strong computer navigation skills; ability to learn new programs quickly.

7. Great customer service and communication skills.
