Behind the scenes with Chicago Bears Tight End Cole Kmet for our It's Not a Game Illinois campaign with Illinois Department of Transportation , bringing behavior change strategy to life through humor and peer-to-peer conversation.

We scripted and shot a series of videos with Cole across roadway safety initiatives like work zone, pedestrian, and distracted driving awareness, interacting with our animated campaign mascots in a fun, conversational way that makes roadway safety feel more approachable and encourages simple, peer-to-peer moments that shift everyday driving behaviors.

As a trusted voice for our audience, Cole brings a credible perspective that helps these messages land more naturally. Rather than simply partnering with talent, we’re intentional about how we approach collaboration—shaping how messages are delivered to feel authentic and be effective.

Mental Health Month is a reminder that awareness isn’t always enough. When it matters most, people need clear, accessible ways to get help.

Our work with Illinois Department of Human Services on the 988 Su***de + Crisis Lifeline combines video production, on-location storytelling, paid media, multilingual messaging, and community toolkits designed to meet people where they are. The campaign is built to reach high-risk and underserved audiences, including youth, veterans, older adults, and non-English speakers, ensuring resources are visible, understandable, and easy to access across multiple channels.

Helping connect people to life-saving resources is incredibly meaningful work, and we are so proud to play a role in making resources more visible and accessible for communities. 💙

Take a look behind the scenes at our most recent video shoot on It's Not a Game Illinois campaign for Illinois Department of Transportation, featuring Madison Taylor and Aidan Klein, and see our NIL best practices in action.

We brought together local voices who already have credibility with our audience—Madison, an NCAA lacrosse record-holder at Northwestern, and Aidan, a top volleyball player for nationally ranked Loyola—to deliver roadway safety messages in a way that connects. Madison’s content focused on distracted driving, while Aidan’s highlighted occupant safety.

Every decision, from athlete selection to content format, was intentional: choose voices that resonate, build content that feels natural to the platform, and make sure the message connects with the audience you’re trying to reach. We approach every NIL partnership with a clear strategy that shapes how our messages are delivered to be authentic and effective.

One year in and making transformation and momentum happen.

When Nate Baguio joined as our Chief Commercial Officer, the focus was clear: strengthen our commercial engine, expand where we compete, and position the firm for the next phase of growth.

Over the past year, that’s exactly what we’ve done.

We’ve sharpened how we approach opportunity, not just pursuing work, but aligning to the sectors where we can lead: energy and infrastructure, public sector transformation, healthcare, higher education, transportation and advanced manufacturing.
