This is so cool!

History is coming to DeLand this Sunday.

The Florida Freedom Tour, a free mobile history museum launched by the State of Florida, is making its way through all 67 counties between May 1 and August 1, and DeLand is next on the list. The exhibit travels in two repurposed 18-wheelers loaded with artifacts and exhibits straight from the Museum of Florida History.

Come check it out on Sunday, July 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on West Indiana Avenue near the County fountain. It is free, it is right in our backyard, and it is a great way to spend a Sunday morning with the family.
