We recently wrapped up creative on an employee recruitment & retention campaign for one of Minnesota’s major food manufacturers.

Most big players in food manufacturing make office staff the focus of their employer-brand, often featuring stock-esque images of smiling employees in business attire on their hiring page.

We flipped this status quo on its head, bringing production-floor employees to the forefront through authentic interviews and portraiture. We aimed for a balance between the real and the aspirational, drawing on the day-to-day heroism of workers on the factory floor.
