Today, on Tony Sanneh's induction into the U.S. Soccer Hall of Fame, our friend and longtime collaborator announced something a decade in the making.
Tony's first book, On the Assist: How Significance Finds Us When We Invest Ourselves in Others, releases in July 2026. And alongside the announcement, Tony launched Operation Elevation: the new public benefit corporation he's co-founded with LENKER's John Lenker (the architect of the Do. Be. Have. framework that anchors the work) and Kevin deLaplante, PhD. (LENKER's Partner and CKO since 2020, former Chair of Philosophy at Iowa State).
Operation Elevation addresses an unmet need: under-resourced young people don't have access to the kind of capable adult professional networks that produce success in professional life. Operation Elevation is the platform that connects them.
A Kickstarter campaign launches Monday, May 4.
