How I Started

My father told me at a young age that “no daughter of his was going to be a hair dresser.” He suggested since I liked to draw to take up something in the art field. My name is Amanda Peterson & although my roots are in Viborg, I’ve made Dell Rapids my home for 13 years. I have an Associates Degree in Graphic Communications from Southeast Tech and now almost 2 decades of experience! You may have met me once, as I previously worked at Smith Publishing in Dells before it was closed.

I also have many years of experience marketing businesses on all platforms. Although I have no “formal” schooling, I have been involved in marketing in various forms since practically childhood. I was always selling or promoting something. Whether it was for school fundraisers or promoting family business & Jaycee functions, I was very much a social net worker. Let me take your chaos and turn it into something beautiful. I hope to work with you soon!
