While shooting a listing for Caitlyn Alexander, Realtor. Morgantown's House"sold" Name the other day I attached a camera to my camera to give folks an insight into photographing real estate.

because this week started out at 100 mph! Monday was jam-packed with allllll the good things 🙌🏼 2 closings, 2 offers received (1 accepted!!👏🏼) and some really great meetings to prepare for the week ahead.

My sellers left two beers in the fridge for the new owners- the same two that helped the buyers decide this house was "the one." 😁 🍻

It's little heartwarming details like this that remind me why I love my job. It's fun to see how some people just click (and have the same great taste in homes!) 🏡
