One thing I see often with home service businesses is that marketing isn't usually the problem.
The problem is not knowing where to focus.
Should you invest in Google Ads?
SEO?
Social media?
Reviews?
Your website?
Local Service Ads?
The answer is different for every business.
A company booked out 3 months may need something completely different than a company looking to add 20 more jobs next month.
Before spending money on marketing, ask yourself:
• What is my actual goal?
• How many more jobs do I want?
• Am I trying to grow, or simply stay consistent?
• Do I know where my current customers are coming from?
The businesses that get the best results aren't always the ones spending the most. They're usually the ones investing in the right things for their stage of growth.
Visibility matters. Relevance matters. But strategy matters first.
