These models were WILD!

They ignored direction, ate the props, wandered off between takes, and refused to cooperate, but honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Our latest branding photoshoot for was chaotic in the cutest way. Turns out photographing a group of 2-year-olds is no easy job but it was full of fun!

Sweet 16 🎉

I can’t believe I’m celebrating 16 years of building brands, creating, and telling stories for a living.

What started 16 years ago as Angie Myers Photography became so much more than I ever imagined. It became a calling into creative entrepreneurship.

In April 2020, when the world shifted, so did I. I stepped into product development: launching jewelry, clothing, and beauty collections. Building my own brands from the ground up changed everything. It stretched me. It refined me. It taught me what founders truly need.

And along the way, something beautiful happened.

Other entrepreneurs began asking for help. Not just photography but branding. Product development. Digital marketing. Storytelling. Strategy. Vision.

So I built a team.

Brilliant creatives. Friends who became family. Because after starting over seven companies as one person, I knew something powerful:

You cannot build something great alone.

I realized I was no longer just Angie Myers the photographer.

I was Angie Myers the entrepreneur.
The artist.
The builder.
The storyteller.

And now, at the ripe young age of 16 in my career… we rebrand again.

Akoya Company is no longer just my brand.

It’s a collective.

Many voices.
One unified vision.

To take everything we’ve learned every risk, every reinvention, every late night and use it to build brands that matter. Together.

We love what we do. And we’re just getting started.
