Who is bigger than what.

I never liked "doing school."

But the right teacher and right classmates made all the difference.

I still can't believe this worked.

I think this nearly everyday.

Put a laptop on a credit card and said "I'm starting a business." (This was about 4 years ago)

Was freshly fired from a job I only had for 6-7 months.

Was living with my in-laws.

Married with a 1 year old.

But we did it.

We own a house.

My wife has never needed to work this whole time.

I work when I want and where I want.

Doing very well financially.

I don't have to ask someone if I can go on vacation. (Lol I hate that so much. Like I get but holy crap - the worst)

Have made relationships that are a treasure.

Experiences that are dreams.

My soul prospers.

My marriage is rich.

My daughter is just the best.

My God is close.

It's just... so crazy...

It's like you never doubted it would happen...but you never believed it either.

It's weird - haven't found a way to articulate it yet.

And this is my real life.

I might lose all my clients tomorrow and go get a job - or God might tell me to stop the business and do something else. Bet - I can do all things.

I'll be 35 very soon.

Some things I've learned.

- Who you are is more important than what you do, go all in on the former
- Learn healthy boundaries and let telling the truth guide you. It will largely kill the influence of wrong people and wrong opportunities.
- Know your shadows and prioritize your growth and wholeness over changing others (you can't)
- Build into your life things that make you feel like a kid.
- Trust God when you can - fight with Him when you can't.

Anyway. That's all I got.

I'm grateful.

I want to hug my son and kiss him but after that - I will have done all the things in my life I dreamed of doing to some extent.

Years 35-100 will basically just be bonus at this point so I'm down for whatever.

But if you're reading this and you feel stuck. I hope you unstuck yourself. Even if it's just a little less stuck. Better than the full stuck you got goin' on right now. Whether that means changing your job or changing your mind - I don't know.

I just don't like knowin' people out there living feeling trapped when they don't need to feel that way.
