• Keep your conversations organized: it helps to have chats for marketing, operations, customer relations etc. this way your communications stays clear! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• Use a task keeping software program like Asana: sometimes it helps to see your tasks spelled out in a check list! This also helps for setting priority for certain tasks and asana has a submit for approval feature for content. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• Weekly / Biweekly team meetings: it’s important to check in with your team and manage their workload.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
