Seriously if you are looking for better homemade cold brew, look into making a tower yourself. It’s not as pretty as Yama’s but really what is?! Really all you need is a dripper that can do a drop per second, a v60 or other way to hold the coffee and a filter!

Pulsar used as the dripper (480G of ice and water, done in 2 batches)
Hario V60 (40G of Bensa Bombe Ethiopian)
Put a filter on top of the grounds to allow even extraction
Dripping rate: about 1 drip per second.
Takes about 12 hours
