When looking into creative marketing we see similarities and difference with business marketing.

*Art = film, theater, painting, sculpting, singing, etc.

Similarities:

- Strategy: creative and business focus on targeting there niche and narrowing down their target audience based on what works

- Analytics: they matter on both ends. STATS DONT LIE

- Networking: partnerships and cross marketing pushes any business or artist to the next level

Differences:

BUSINESS has a direct sale or service that provides income
ART though can be sold, mainly appeals to attraction

BUSINESS can accomplish a lot solely through word of mouth
ART needs extra attention through events, galleries, premieres, and online exposure

BUSINESS most of the work is put into getting funds and marketing
ART doing a project takes up a majority of the time. Time for marketing is excess

What we as artists, the ones who want to live off their passions at least, need to do is overcome differences by working a little harder.

That's what Im here for! Though it's challenging, and trust me I know im an artist too, it's possible
