Chef Quincy Cherrett has taken over the iconic Fruition space in Cherry Creek and turned it into something entirely its own — deep green walls, dark cherry wood, and a menu that blends his Thai, Japanese, and French roots into dishes like tom yum toast and lamb agnolotti with mint pea purée.

It's not trying to be Fruition. It's paying homage to it while writing its own chapter.
