Recently, seven of Heinrich’s top bakers busted out their mixing bowls to compete in the First Annual Great Heinrich Bake Off!

With a Signature Bake and cookie decorating Technical Challenge, bakers took to the Heinrich Tent (ahem, conference room) to impress our decerning judges, George, Deanne, and Dayna.

In the end, only three bakers could rise to the top to receive the coveted Heinrich High-Five.

Congratulations to over overall winner, Katie Emmons, Lizzy Cassaro with the best cookie decoration, and baking winner Rose Bennett with her flourless (yet very flavorful) chocolate torte.

To all our other Heinrichians, we’ll be back next year so in the meantime, ready, set, bake!
