ICT Pole Studio is Wichita’s first dedicated pole dance & pole fitness studio. Karissa Ruth opened ICT Pole & Healing Studio November 18th, 2021, originally with a vision of creating a fun, safe & peaceful environment for people to practice and learn pole dance & pole fitness.
The vision & purpose has now expanded and grown to also empower & enrich lives, reshape the perception of pole, provide wellness & spiritual education, create a community, provide opportunities, inspire, and much more!
ICT Pole Studio aspires to be a culturally inclusive environment & community, inspiring human connection, while ELEVATING, DANCING & VIBING.
We are a UNIQUE Pole Studio. We have aerial silk, 11ft spin/static poles, lyra hoop, heart lyra, barre, stage pole, FabPoles and more! We teach level 1 & 2 pole, pole conditioning, flexibility workshops, cake fitness, kids yoga and more! We host birthday parties, bachelorette parties, & events.
ICT Pole Studio has an Open House every month & a monthly ICT Polerinas Day/Night out.
Our class schedule is designed with you in mind. ICT Pole Studio is OPEN EVERYDAY EXCEPT MONDAY.
Pole Dance & Pole Fitness will increase strength, flexibility, confidence & improve social, emotional, mental & physical wellbeing.
