🫡 Reporting for duty.

Report design doesn’t have to be a slog. We’re flipping the script on what’s often seen as a chore and showing you just how fun and worthwhile designing a rad report can be.

Stop wasting time and money on creative that just doesn’t hit.

Do this instead. ➡️

Start at the beginning. Brainstorm. Build consensus. Write it all down. Revise, revise, revise.

When you follow our foolproof creative order of operations, you set yourself (and your designers) up for success. Without direction, they’ll never hit the mark.

Comment “BRIEF” for our fillable template.

Our long-time clients Moore Collection know what takes their adorable notebooks to the next level.

This art deserves the best, not the “l folded this myself!” look.

The secret?

Professional-grade square-backing to literally square-off the saddle-stitched spine for a finished product that’s polished and customer-ready.

Communication ⇒ quality

You deserve a partner who asks all the right questions, picks up the phone when it matters, and knows every trick in the book to deliver on your vision.

Because when you need something printed, you need it printed right.

Not sorry when the shiny object is digitally printed with out-of-this world metallics, no bulky die required.

We’ve got the only Sharp BP-1200S in Denver, tricked out with clear, neon and metallic inks. What does that mean for you? Head-turning prints at real-world prices. Now that’s worth stopping for a picture.

There are “workshops,” and then there are WORKshops. We’re proud to say that when you come to level up your DIY design at YellowDog, we’re going to get our hands dirty and provide takeaways that will make an impact.

We had a great time hosting Design Level-Up with Good Business Colorado in September. We didn’t just look at pretty pictures or stand in judgement. We shared tips, tricks, and specifics to level up DIY design right away.

Thanks to everyone who came out and took a risk sharing their work with a room full of strangers who left as collaborators. There’s nothing like creating in community!

“But does it have bleed?”

If this question feels like a personal attack… you’re not alone. It’s a learning curve for everyone, and even the most experienced designers forget about bleed when they’re under the gun.

No, it’s not the end of the world. Yes, it’s totally fixable AND worth fixing.

We broke down everything you’ve ever wanted to know about bleed but were too afraid to ask in our latest blog post. So next time we ask if your print-ready art has bleed, you can shoot back a calm, cool and collected: Yup! My art’s extended beyond the print area by at least .125” on all sides. Thanks for asking. 😚)
