WE'RE HIRING - Marketing Specialist

ZoZo Group, LLC. is an award winning, communications and public outreach agency in south Denver. We are in search of a, part-time Marketing and Communications Specialist, with a strong communications and and branding background. We need friendly, jump in and get it done type of people to contribute to our team’s successes. This position works within a team to support the agency's clients and the community. As our specialists you will handle the coordination and the writing of marketing plans, collateral, website content, social media posts and direct mailers.
If you enjoy a challenging environment, working around other hard-working people and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills then this maybe the part-time opportunity for you! The working hours for this position are Monday – Thursday, from 9am to 2pm. Approximately 22 to 25 hours per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelors degree or equivalent training in writing, communications, journalism or marketing
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Expert in Excel
· Dependable and self-motivated to do quality work
· Possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work
· Over the age of 25 for driving insurance requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU DO WELL IN THIS ROLE:
Have at least 5 years of copy-writing and editing of written materials for publication such as articles, newsletters and web sites. AP style guidelines are the norm for us.
· Be customer centric, detail and solution oriented
· Be sensitive to deadlines and organized
· Confident and professional public speaker/presenter
· Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) especially mail merges.
· Understanding of collateral design process, target audiences and demographics
· Ability to take accurate meeting notes or minutes
