We did indeed TRIPLE their conversion rate & increase revenue by 22%.
What did we do?
1. Mapped conversion floww & offers
We first aligned on the sitemap to ensure the menu and footer had all the relevant pages needed, were optimized for SEO, and made it easy for people to find the service they sought. Next, we mapped the offers available to different levels of buying intent to maximize conversion rates. Lastly, we mapped the conversion floww that would get a lead from the website into their online portal.
2. Single-page lead capture & email sequences
We built dedicated pages for every service so customers could easily find what they were looking for and have all their FAQs answered in one place. We then built a unique lead form for every page to capture contact details before rerouting them to the online portal. All leads were automatically added to their CRM, where they would receive an email sequence guiding them to sign up for the online portal.
3. Blog optimization & affiliate marketing
Once the main conversion floww was completed, we audited their current blog content and made a content calendar to optimize each blog for SEO. We added a right-hand column to the blog layout so visitors could easily find a link to their Amazon affiliate store. We also updated the copy for the more popular blogs so that relevant products would be featured within the content to increase affiliate revenue.
