What’s wrong with us? Why is everyone so filled with hate? People are comfortable remaining ignorant, safe in their little bubbles. I get it—the world can be scary when you don’t understand someone’s way of life.

I turn on the news, and like most of you, I’m baffled. I’m heartbroken. I can’t believe what we’re capable of doing to another human soul. Life is complicated, but wouldn’t it be a little better if we lifted each other up? If we were curious about someone’s life instead of hating and chastising them for no reason?

Imagine what peace could do for this world. Imagine loving your neighbor because of your differences. I feel deeply sad and disappointed in humanity. We can do better. #☮️

2012 throwback: the birth of The Card Aisle. I made my bf help me take product shots which also included this gem. See how tiny those cards are? My poor printer. I sent him files at half the proper size and when I picked them up I learned they were literally almost too small to be “legally” mailed in a tiny envelope. Or something like that. Anyway, over 10 years later - I’ve learned my proper files set-ups and most importantly, to not over-wax mah ‘brows.
