Next eating challenge? This GIANT taco. 🌮

We hit up on Taco Tuesday and found this absolute UNIT of a taco. It’s loaded with cheese, comes out piping hot, and it even comes with a $5 mezcal shot.

But if you’re not up for the giant taco, their regular tacos, yuca fries, shrimp green chili mole, and brick chicken are just as good. 🤤

Head here next time your craving latin food. You won’t regret it! 🥂

We head to this salad spot at least once a week 🥗

There’s a reason why
is the number 1 salad spot in Korea and honestly, it might become Colorado’s too!

Their food is quick, convenient, healthy, and we still haven’t tried a single thing we didn’t like. We usually go for their bulgogi bowl, but switched it up this time and got the garlic shrimp salad, bibimbap bowl, and loaded eggs. ALL of them were incredible.

And don’t sleep on their smoothies either 👀

Okay but those tofu bowls..?? 👀 

So we finally went to Denver’s OG fast casual bowl spot and needless to say, they delivered!

We really appreciated how big the portion sizes were and how everything was healthy without sacrificing flavor 🥗 And with how hard it is to find good tofu bowls around here, we might come back just for those (and the spring rolls).

If you need something quick, tasty AND healthy, this spot makes it too easy!

just got their liquor license which means their cute little cafe is officially one of Denver’s newest bars!

We got to try some of their new boozy drinks alongside a few of our favorite summer go-tos and safe to say, we’re obsessed with them all!

And whatever you do, don’t skip the sandos and sweet treats. They somehow taste better with a cocktail in hand. 😉

AYCE Mexican food? SIGN US UP. 🌮🔥

We fell in love with the second they opened (those hand-made tortillas alone are worth the visit), so when we heard about their all-you-can-eat Mexican breakfast/brunch buffet, we cleared our calendars immediately!

The buffet runs Friday–Sunday and is stacked with everything you could want—fresh conchas, enchiladas, rice, and so much more. We went back for multiple rounds and somehow still wanted more.

Save this and clear your weekend plans because this is where you’re going! 💃
