Freelancers and creatives aren’t just “helping hands” — we’re small business owners. That means our time, energy, and expertise are invested in every project we take on.

but here’s the truth:

✨ it only works if you allow your project manager to actually do the work of breaking old habits, cutting through chaos, and rebuilding stronger systems.

✨ it doesn’t work when there are a thousand cooks in the kitchen.

✨ it doesn’t work when a project manager is treated like an assistant.

a project manager is the key to moving a project from conception to implementation. but for them to unlock that transformation, the old has to be shattered and rebuilt from the ground up.

Today kicks off something special, my very first business trip under Peach & Pine Creative. I am on my way to Scottsdale, Arizona for ReLaunch to a Rich Life Live with 🌵

I hit the road at 3am from Halifax to the airport this morning, traveling to stand in a room filled with powerful women, visionaries, dreamers, and achievers, all ready to expand what is possible together.

This feels like more than just a trip, it is a milestone. A moment of stepping into new rooms, new opportunities, and new ways of showing up as both a founder and a creative.

I will be here until next Monday, soaking it all in, and I cannot wait to bring back fresh inspiration, ideas, and stories to weave into Peach & Pine.
