Do you plant and hope something grows? Or, do you tend to your garden. Tending takes time & dedication. Tending yields results. Tending is nurturing and provides some invaluable lessons. This jade plant was neglected and unwieldy. I cut it back, gave it soil, and good light. New sprouts came in a couple weeks. Now, for the trimmings to take root.
We garden in business too. We tend to our initiatives, projects and clients, nurturing them to make sure they’re healthy and growing.
