Some bts from our shoot with West Slope Youth Voice!

Every year, the students lead a video project to help engage young people in our democracy and inspire them to make change through civic participation.

This year, we went down to Grand Junction and shot on multiple locations including Lunch Loops, City Hall and the Grand Mesa.

We're psyched we get to help them bring this video to life!

'Modified' or not, right-to-work is a Jim Crow-era policy that needs to go.

Polis threatening to veto the Worker Protection Act sends a message that he's purposefully siding with corporations who've benefited from these racist laws instead of the working people in Colorado.

For someone with national ambitions, going against the 71% of Americans that support unions feels like a bad play.

When it comes time, we hope Polis will do the right thing and sign that bill!

We’re entering very uncertain times and believe us, we’re feeling the moment hard right now. Throughout this year, we’ll be highlighting local people that are still pushing towards justice in one way or another. If anything, it’s our mediation that we are not alone. That there is still justice. That you can’t stop what’s right. A moment to remind ourselves that there are more solutions than problems — even though there are A LOT of problems.

While we keep our eyes peeled for local heroes, we’ll also be naming zeros because dunking on grifters and crooks is a very cathartic thing to do.

Colorado state senators Senator Robert Rodriguez and Jessie Danielson introduced the Worker Protection Act.

Currently, Colorado law interferes with employer-employee relations by limiting what they can discuss until workers win two separate elections. But we have a shot to do right by workers by passing serious pro-worker legislation.

The solution is simple: Pass the Worker Protection Act and update Colorado’s labor law so workers have more freedom to negotiate for better pay, benefits and workplace safety.

Corporations are planning an assault on workers’ rights once Trump takes office. It's time for Democrats to fight at the state level. In over a dozen states ...
