Let's dive into the common design failures:
1. Too many "buy" buttons. The more buttons they have, the worse they look. Button-heavy websites are confusing and overwhelming.
2. Too many filters in online store. Endless unstructured list is driving everyone crazy.
3. Pixelated Images. Seriously? Use high-quality pictures.
4. Annoying pop-ups. We all hate pop-ups. Right? The pop-ups are intrusive and interruptive.
5. Endless scroll. Nobody likes to scroll and scroll to find the info they need. Just let users travel through pages
6. Unformatted text blocks. Many website owners don’t care. They’re more concerned with adding as much content onto the page as possible. But in reality, very few people will stick around if they’re faced with massive walls of text.
7. Too much animation. You’re browsing a website, and suddenly you’re bombarded with a bright, flashing animation. It can even cause headaches or dizziness!
8. Not mobile-friendly.
9. Endless captcha.
