$1.31 million dollars was raised at the annual Feldman Automotive Children's Miracle Celebrity Invitational, Metro Detroit's largest celebrity golf event, that took place on June 8th at The Wyndgate Country Club. These funds will help over 325,000 local children and their families at Corewell Health Children's this year with vital equipment and programs in Southeast Michigan, as well as programs through the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation.

“Each year, this event serves as a powerful reminder of what can be accomplished when a community comes together for a meaningful cause. The generosity of the participants and supporters continues to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. Knowing the funds raised help provide critical programs, services and equipment is incredibly rewarding, and we remain committed to growing our impact year after year,” said Jay Feldman, Chairman and CEO of Feldman Automotive and Mark Wahlberg Automotive Group.

Michigan owned and operated Born IN Apparel LLC, known for their celebrated BorninDetroit lines of apparel and accessories, has just announced their first licensing partnership that will also expand into a new state with the launch of Born IN Louisiana.

The new apparel line will be opening storefront locations on local Louisiana college campuses with plans for the first location to open this summer, along with offering an online store that can service customers throughout the continental U.S. Born IN will also be finalizing additional licensing partnerships across the country with plans to announce more states over the next year.

The annual Feldman Automotive Children's Miracle Celebrity Invitational is taking place on June 8th at The Wyndgate Country Club in Rochester, MI. The event is the largest golf benefit for Children's Miracle Network and to date has raised over $7.7 million to help support local Metro-Detroit programs and vital equipment needed for pediatrics at Corewell Health Hospitals and the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation. This morning Jay Feldman, Charlotte Alex, and the 2026 CMN Ambassador, 4 year old Max and his mother, Liz, stopped into FOX 2 Detroit to talk with Erica Francis about all the amazing programs this event helps fund, including the Bike Program which provided this adaptive bike for Max that was customized just for him.

that took place this past weekend at Vibe Credit Union Showplace in Novi, MI. The weekend was filled with great celebrity and comic guests, excited fans and press excitement for Michigan's largest and longest running pop culture event.
