It is always inspiring to see entrepreneurs take an idea and bring it to life.

When I first connected with Angels and Michael, founders of Klawesome! Michigan’s first clawcade, I had the opportunity to advise them and share a high level go to market strategy. From the beginning, they were intentional about making the customer and community part of every decision.

That vision came alive this past Sunday at the VIP Grand Opening of Klawesome in Novi . The space is vibrant, the energy was high, and I was hooked after my very first try at the claw machine.

For anyone new to the concept, a claw arcade is an interactive experience where guests test their skill and luck to win prizes of all kinds, from plush toys to collectibles. It is fun, engaging, and perfect for all ages.

Watching people walk in and out smiling and sharing how much they enjoyed the arcade was a reminder that when your strategy is centered on the customer and true to who you are, the right people will always find you.

Here’s the truth: your customers make decisions for deeper reasons than age, job title, or income. Their choices are driven by three layers of pain:
