This vehicle you see is occupied by a Gangstalker/Confidential informant who ran the red light and collided into my car on the driver side. The fool claimed he didn’t see the light. I had to go the emergency room for xrays from a shoulder injury. The criminal federal government and their criminal gang stalker informants are getting desperate. Usually they listen in on all your conversations over the phone and follow you to locations or track you via technology or show up where you are at if you linger at a location too long. They are endangering the public and attempting to do great bodily harm to me and many others.
