The agency was developed after Creative Director, Erikka Yvonne, graduated from Grand Valley State University while studying Advertising/Public Relations. She dreamed of working for one of the top agencies in the Metro Detroit Area, but faced rejection after rejection. After months of settling into freelancing and working full time as a Marketing Assistant with a non profit organization, she join

ed forces with other young creatives to help them develop their platforms. It was at this moment she realized, “I can do this too.” At this moment, the dream was born. For Erikka Yvonne, it was important to develop the agency as a home for young creatives to grow and discover their lane in the creative world!
